Injury Rehabilitation
Personal Training

Recovering from an injury takes more than rest. Whether you’ve experienced a sports mishap, workplace incident or recent surgery, rehab personal training can help you return to an active lifestyle safely and confidently. At The Physio Circle, our rehabilitation-focused approach bridges the gap between physiotherapy and fitness, empowering you to rebuild strength, regain mobility and reduce the risk of re-injury through personalised exercise sessions.

Dedicated Personal Trainers in Your Rehabilitation Journey

Our personal trainer injury rehabilitation service supports individuals recovering from:

  • Sports-related injuries (e.g. sprains, ligament strains, overuse injuries)
  • Workplace-related musculoskeletal issues
  • Post-operative physical therapy and musculoskeletal recovery supported by our rehab personal trainer, Glen
  • Pain or dysfunction resulting from everyday movement patterns

Each individual is assessed and guided with a customised programme tailored to their recovery goals, lifestyle and fitness level. Unlike standard gym sessions, our rehabilitation personal trainer sessions are grounded in clinical understanding and delivered by Glen, our in-house rehab personal trainer.

Injuries may take time, but you don’t need to recover alone. We’re here to help you move better again.

What is Rehab Personal Training?

Rehab personal training is a tailored form of physical coaching that focuses on recovery and functional movement after an injury, surgery, or extended physical limitation.

It combines:

  • Working with one of our physiotherapists to come up with a tailored treatment plan that incorporates the principles of physiotherapy (assessment, movement correction, injury knowledge)
  • Exercise science (safe progressions, strengthening, flexibility training)

Unlike regular fitness training, it centres on your current physical capacity and healing status.
