Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapy sessions begin with understanding the problem from your point of view. We complement this with a full body assessment that includes taking a look into your muscle tone, joint range, posture, and a thorough movement analysis to create a personalised program for you.
Your session will incorporate manual therapy and exercise rehab to get you out of pain and bring you a step closer to taking charge again. All our patients will leave their session with a thorough understanding of the problem, an action plan for the next few sessions, and a home exercise program that will keep you going between the sessions.

Virtual Physiotherapy
If you are unable to see us physically, we offer virtual physiotherapy sessions that still benefit you and is accessible from anywhere. An online session can help you if you are suffering from pain, have a new injury or just want a little bit of extra help for an existing issue.
Although different from a hands-on session, we can still help identify issues by analysing your movement patterns and give you specific exercises to address your issues and get you moving again - all through a video call. Just like an in-house physiotherapy session, all our patients will end their sessions understanding their problems better, with an action plan, and home exercises to do before the next session.
$114 for 30 minute sessions.

Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning
This is the catalyst to enable you to move-pain free and return to beloved activities such as your sporting pursuits, as soon as possible. Through good programming and tried-and-tested exercise techniques, you gain strength, mobility, and regain range of motion that was lost due to injury.
Some of the exercise tools we use include modifications and variations of: Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, Pull ups, Rows, amongst others. You will learn proper exercise form while gaining greater motor control in different planes of movement. Leave feeling strong, accomplished and confident in your physical self.
Your Rehab Personal Training session can be delivered either in clinic or via an online service - choose what is the most convenient for you. We also provide personalised exercise programming that you could follow out on your own.

Mindful Mobility
Yoga for Back Care (60 minutes)
This is a 60 minute practice marrying both dynamic movement and static, active stretches in the session. We will spend the first 30 minute moving in a more dynamic manner, with a focus on creating greater strength and tone in the posterior chain of the body. Props such as straps, resistance bands, and yoga blocks will be used in this session to support and challenge you. The second half of the practice will include more static, but active, stretches to create greater length and tone in the front body. We will be holding each pose for slightly longer, using this opportunity to build greater body awareness in specific regions that are being targeted.
This is an all round practice that will help you alleviate any excess tensions or discomfort associated with long hours of sitting due to having a desk-bound job or sedentary lifestyle.
Mobility Flow (60 minutes)
This is a 60 minute Vinyasa-based practice that will allow you to flow dynamically during the session. Incorporating poses and physical conditioning that both strengthen and lengthen the muscles, this is a great way to build strength and control in our range of motion. Each practice will have a specific anatomical focus, where we will explore different planes of movement and muscular activation in those regions.
This is open to all levels of practitioners, and especially for those who are looking for functional strength and mobility work to complement your other activities or as a form of recovery.

Strength Testing
Our Strength Testing service is designed to assess muscle strength and function using state-of-art equipment like the Vald DynaMo and Vald Force Plates. This comprehensive evaluation helps identify muscle weaknesses and imbalances, allowing us to create personalised treatment plans for rehabilitation and performance enhancement. Whether you're recovering from an injury or seeking to optimise your athletic performance, our strength testing provides valuable insights to guide your progress and ensure safe return to activities or sports. Additionally we can compare your results to normative data for your age and gender enabling you to set realistic goals and track improvements over time.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is great for anyone who experiences discomfort and tension caused by everyday stresses and activities. A sports massage will help you reduce any pain or strain, improve blood flow and promote better sporting performance. A lot of patients have also reported that they sleep better following a session.
