Glen is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sports Science and Management. His passion is to help athletes reach their peak performance and develop personalized training plans for those who have suffered from injuries.

Frequently Asked Questions on Rehab Personal Training

Rehab Personal Training is for people in rehab or rehabilitating from injuries, while Regular Personal Training is for people with full range of movement who wish to maintain wellness through training.

If in rehab due to surgery or any other medical conditions, we recommend that you get clearance from your doctor prior to taking up Rehab Personal Training with us. If you’ve already started your physio sessions with us, your physio will clear you for Rehab Personal Training.

In your first session, we will conduct a movement assessment and a brief introduction to your personalised workout plan.

This will depend on your rehab and fitness objectives and needs. We recommend 1 to 2 sessions per week.

No special equipment is required at home. We will provide everything you’ll need for your workout.
